Full Color ID Cards with Bar Codes - Hard Cards
Using the latest digital technology, R.G. Productions can produce new plastic “hard cards” that offer unparalleled flexibility in design and the ultimate level of security. These cards will have a bar code for use with your library and lunch system. They can be delivered in approximately 3 weeks sorted by grade, homeroom or whatever way is easiest for distribution.
A Temporary ID card with bar code is provided on the first day of school so that each student has immediate access to Library materials.
School Directories (Mug Books)
These will be provided in whatever quantity needed to be an effective administrative tool.
B&W or Color Yearbook Prints
Provided in unique pouches with a peel-off Annual Label printed with your yearbook job number, the students name and grade, and lines for yearbook page and position. These pictures are returned sorted alpha/grade.
These images can also be supplied as part of CD ROM program that is compatible with all major yearbook publishers including Jostens, Herff-Jones and Taylor Publishing.
An extra School Directory will also be provided for the yearbook staff to aid in identifying students.
Annual Reports
A listing of all the student photographed will be provided sorted alpha/grade. We will also provide a list of the students we know were not photographed as a tool to plan the picture make-up day and for laying out the yearbook.
A combined list showing all students photographed on the original picture day and on subsequent make-up days will be provided.
Activity Pictures or Film
R.G. Productions will provide group/activity photography for the yearbook as requested (minimum 2 days). If desired, we will provide 20 rolls of film to the yearbook staff in lieu of photography days.
LAUSD - SIS CD ROM
A CD Rom with pictures for your student information system will be provided configured to LAUSD’s SIS system.
Record Prints
For the students permanent files. These come “ready to use” sorted to your specifications.
Student Incentives/Specialty Products
“Good News” postcards, Staff ID cards, certificates or whatever you can imagine to help your school run more efficiently.
R.G. Productions will work with you to create these products specifically for your school using your custom colors and logo.
Preprinted Camera Cards
Computer generated camera cards, preprinted with all the necessary student information will be prepared for picture day to guarantee that everything goes smoothly.
